With further reference to your letter of the 10th April relative to certain cargo which has been discharged at

Leghorn from the German 8.8. "Ambria" I am directed by the Board of Trade to state that they will offer no objection to your delivering complete sets of Bills of Lading and paying on behalf of Meeers. Arculli Brothers of Hong Kong, general average and other expenses necessary to enable you to obtain possession of so much of the oargo as may be Hessrs. Arculli's property, provided that you arrange to have sent on with the goods to their port of destination certified copies of the invoices and a statement by your agents at Leghorn respecting the cargo as set out on the enclosed form.
